Taylor Urban at the homestead store went above and beyond for me. I had wiper warranty set up at a different location. Instead of saying "I have to go there" as some would, she called that store, got my proof of purchase, and completed everything completely effortlessly on my part. Service like that is dying in many stores. To cap things off, she installed my blades and showed me how to do it. Taylor, if you read this, I hope you and your fam have Happy Holidays and I wish you a very favorable performance review and raise :)

Taylor was exceedingly helpful in getting me out of a tough dead car situation. She also helped diagnosing problems and installing a new battery for me. It's too bad they don't get commission because she deserves it! They definitely earned a lifetime customer today.

Hello everyone, I bought a battery and it started to discharge in 3 days for some reason. I wanted to exchange the battery but they refused me. They scanned it and said that the battery was in good condition (if it was in good condition and I wanted to exchange it, they could have exchanged it. I explained the reason to you, but no). There is no reason to change it. I explained the situation and said that the battery was discharging on its own. I went to Toyota service and they said that there were no problems with the car, most likely the problem was in the battery. I bought a battery elsewhere and installed a new battery. The problem was solved. You, manager and employees, could have helped me but you decided to refuse.
