Got in a car accident down the road, I’m not from around here so I don’t know the area well. I had to get off the road so I pulled into this parking lot. It is currently snowing as it’s the middle of winter. An employee of this mechanic shop was plowing the parking lot shortly after I pulled in. He could have just done his job and went about his day as it is a Sunday and the shop is currently closed, but no. He finished what he was doing and came over to my car to ask me if I was ok and if I needed any help with anything. I gave him the run down of the situation and told him it’s basically a miracle that I got my car to this parking lot and I am just waiting on family to come and hopefully help me out. Moral of the story, I have never been to this mechanic shop but the kindness this random man showed me tells me a lot about this shop and the ratings it has. I will hopefully be able to get my car back home (over an hour away) but if not, I will be more than willing to have this establishment do the work for me. 10/10 for kindness. He also looked at my car for free and told me what he thinks might be wrong with it. Who ever that man was, I thank you for the kindness you showed me, I truly appreciate it and definitely needed it!

Ok Tracy will probably be shocked if I actually get this posted because every time I've tried to I mess it up. If you are reading these reviews it probably means that you're looking for a mechanic maybe even a new mechanic. I can tell you I have tried finding a good mechanic for over 50 years and while I have found a few that were okay I have never had a mechanic as good as these guys. From start to finish they are top notch professionals Tracy, Brandon, and the whole crew or just fantastic. I have never been happier than I am using these guys. The issues get fixed right the first time. They're pricing is more than reasonable and what's more they get the job done quickly. Do yourself a favor if you're reading these reviews because you need a new mechanic and give these guys a call. I'm not kidding you won't be sorry!!!
