I brought my BMW to European Auto after it went into limp mode. Someone had recommended Elie to me. He was nearby and I couldn’t drive the car. Turns out, mice had chewed up my wires(!). He did an amazing job rectifying all the damage done and was kind enough to help me work with my insurance company on it as well. I really appreciate his personalized and professional service. (You don’t find that type of service today at all at most places). My car is now running beautifully!! Thank You again Elie!!!

If you own a BMW that is out of warranty, you know how stressful it can be to find a shop that is both competent and fair. I brought my car in for suspension work and a persistent oil leak, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The car runs beautifully now. The owner, Elie, is a true car enthusiast. His passion for BMWs is evident the moment you start talking to him. Not only did he fix the issues for a very reasonable price, but he actually took the time to teach me things about my car I never knew before. It’s rare to find a mechanic who is this knowledgeable and genuinely nice. I’ve finally found a mechanic I can trust. Highly recommended!

I brought a 328i in for a rattling sound, every other shop was telling me it was the exhaust but Elie found out right away it was the engine mounts , I was nervous because i was driving like this for a while. Another noise came up after this job and he didn’t charge me anything to find the problem , it was the driveshaft. He quoted me 700$ for the driveshaft change while the other shop wanted 2400$. Ellie has good connections with sourcing parts, he takes his time explaining about the car and why each part fails sometimes. He’s very knowledgeable in his field, he would put aside any work and talk to me about cars. He also has a beautiful collection 10/10 recommend to check him out!
