SCAM ALERT. WE ORDERED USED 2007 HONDA ODYSSEY W VCM ENGINE FOR ONLY ONE YEAR AND COST WAS $1400, BUT WE GOT 2006 HONDA PILOT W VCM ENGINE. AFTER REPLACEMENT THE CAR HAD RANDOM FIRE AND HIGH RBM (1500-2000). ANDREE IS THE OWNER AND HIS TECHNICIAN CAME TO MY SHOP TO CHECK IT OUT AND THEY PROMISED THEY WOULD SEND US THE CORRECT ENGINE AND WE ALSO HAVE VIDEO OF IT. THE NEXT DAY THEY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE THE CORRECT ENGINE SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND OF $1400 BECAUSE I FOUND THE SHOP HAD THE CORRECT $1600. WHEN THEY HEARD THAT THEY ASKED ME TO PAY AN EXTRA $200 TO SEND US THE CORRECT ENGINE. WHY ARE THEY DOING BUSINESS LIKE THAT? I CALLED THE POLICE TO REPORT THE FRAUD.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against sva auto wrecking inc, from whom we purchased a used transmission for $2000, paid by check. The transmission came with a 90-day warranty. Upon installation, the transmission did not function correctly. We promptly informed the vendor of the issue. They instructed us to get the transmission calibrated and programmed. Despite completing these steps, the issue persisted. The vendor then suggested driving the car for 100 miles, which we did, but the problem remained unresolved. Subsequently, they recommended changing the caltech and agreed to cover the parts cost up to $1000. We complied with this request. After one week, they transferred $700 to us via Zelle, claiming this was their limit for the day and assured us the remaining $300 would be sent the next day. However, it has been two weeks and we have not received the rest of the refund. Furthermore, they are now avoiding our calls. We urgently seek your assistance in resolving this matter. We have replaced the clutch, yet the car still requires a functioning transmission. We request that sva auto wrecking inc either provide a working transmission or issue a full refund
