There really aren't sufficient words to describe the exceptional service and quality of work my wife and I got at Ralph & Sons. We needed some extensive work on our Prius after my wife got hit by a Greyhound bus. From the very beginning, Peter and his team were attentive, assuring, transparent, and incredibly helpful. In a stressful process that no one wants to be dealing with, the folks at Ralph and Sons made sure to keep us in the loop at every step of the way. In fact, he heard more from them than our own insurance company. When we got our car back the work was truly immaculate; you would have no idea that the front end of my car had been mashed to pieces. Additionally, they handled returning our rental for us. It is clear that Peter and his team have a passion for cars and deep care for people. I cannot recommend this body shop enough!

Went above and beyond. In addition to fixing my taillight and back gate, they fixed my windshield, replaced my battery, filled my tires, and cleaned my car. And the price was very reasonable with insurance. Car is just like new and they did just a completely thorough job. Can’t recommend enough.
