I can't even believe how they are doing me. Mark, tow truck driver has been there 20 plus years drove with another guy. Neither one of them noticed that they drove, sorry dragged my civic from lincoln to Pawtucket with the emergency brake on. When they got to my home. "Do you smell that? " smells like burning rubber?? Is that my car smoking. He tries to convince me that it is his tow truck. His brakes have been burning lately, he says. He drops the car and leaves. I start to see smoke. Big smoke.MY brakes were burning. I called immediately and he told me he will tell the office but HIS brakes went out and they are stuck. That was a week ago tomorrow. I have called that number tirelessly. There is no other number, no email to contact them. They made a mistake and no one will even call me back. What do you do when a tow truck with your vehicle on it screws up? Who do you call? Why can't any one business be decent? How small of deal is this?

Very good company and its family owned and operated. I was towed by order of Lincoln RI police and preferred Towing treated me very kind and was good to me even though I didn't have any cash to retrieve my vehicle that night. I was allowed to take anything that I wanted out of the truck before it was taken off to the tow yard. The fee was beyond reasonable and only $30 a day/each day storage fees. No tax, no bull and no games!! Easiest tow and towed vehicle retrieval ever!! $285 GRAND TOTAL AFTER 5 DAYS IN TOW!! STORAGE FEES AND TOW INCLUDED!! PREFERRED TOWING AND AUTO SALES FAMILY MADE A BAD SITUATION MUCH BETTER!! KIFOS TO GREAT BUSINESS IN THIS DAY, AGE AND TIMES
