I am always nervous getting car repairs, inspections, etc done on my own as a woman because I fear I might be over charged. Not the case at Mike's. An exceptional family owned auto body shop. They delivered as promised, no extra charges or recommendations. Steve was kind enough to do some research for me. I found my new auto body shop. Thanks, Mike's.

I am pretty disappointed. Went into Mike’s shop a couple weeks ago and I was happy to hear that he established my repair $2000 cheaper than every other shop around. I went ahead and did some of the labor myself/got a killer deal on the parts to save me about a couple thousand dollars. He told me $4,000 before I did some of the labor/bought all of the OEM parts myself, however, Mike seemed upset about how I did some of the things myself and he had a bit of an attitude about it and told he it would cost $6000 now just for labor and said that he will refuse to put on the OEM parts that I spent 8 hours and 400 miles of driving to get. I will never, ever do business in Narragansett other than going to a restaurant by the beach to grab some food… this is pathetic, he even lied to me about how “difficult and expensive the labor would be,” and he told me that it could be 13 hours of label to cut a panel off for over $1,000. I went to the lovely state of New Hampshire and had the labor done for cutting off a panel for less than $300 and bought the whole thing for $50…. This is absolutely outrageous. Do not go here unless you want a person who thinks simple work is work 3X worth what it is….

Sent my truck in with a major power steering leak- not only do they take on the job without hesitation (because it’s a 1998 a lot of other shops told me they wouldn’t do it) but they updated me the entire way and got the job done fast and well. Winslow is the one who worked on my truck, safe to say him and the shop as a whole are phenomenal!
