I can't recommend Carl & the team at Belleville Auto Repair & Salvage enough! I was in town for a quick visit and my car wouldn't start when I was trying to get out of town. Carl helped get my car to his shop and his team did everything they could to help me out. They kept me updated constantly and made sure what they were doing made sense for me - at one point, we decided to just get the car started so I could get home since it turned out to be a large problem that would take a lot of time and money to fix. They are good people and do right by their customers. When we finally accepted that the car needed to be towed home they went above and beyond to make sure I also had a way to get home safely. It was a real comfort knowing they were working on my car and wouldn't hustle me when I was stranded so far from home. A big shout out and thank you to Kim, Bob, Jesse, the whole team. They're the absolute best.

It doesn't get better than five stars! We've been coming to Carl at Belleville Auto for several years now - he's honest, dependable, reasonably priced and very resourceful in troubleshooting problems. Carl is down to earth, plain-speaking, and very knowledgeable. No frills - just solid work to get your vehicle up and running! He stands behind his work and that counts for a lot these days! I've referred my friends and family to him and have never heard a bad report.

Had such an AMAZING EXPERIENCE with this company ! Called at 2pm and asked if they could come get my car that same day, showed up 1 hour later with no hassles and had great customer service ! Offered me the most money and towed car away within an hour of me calling the same day ! Will use them again and highly recommend!!!
