After a long week of moving my teenager into college, I picked up a nail in my tire the night before I was supposed to drive 800 miles back home to Nashville. It could have been patched but I didn't feel safe to drive so far on a patched tire. Unfortunately, my car has a tire size that most shops do not keep in stock so I was feeling stressed and nervous about how long it might take to get a replacement. I called the shop first thing Saturday morning and, of course, the answer I expected was true. They offered to order it and install on Monday but I was scheduled to work my job at home Sunday morning. I explained my situation and the manager offered to go get the new tire from distribution that morning and told me to bring the car at 1pm. I was unsure if they would actually follow through, as I could tell they were very busy and I'm just a random person from out of state. I was at their mercy and they could have given me the run around or put me at a low priority behind local customers. Not only did they come through but they did so exactly when they said they would. They replaced my tire quickly and took great care with my car as well. Beyond that, all of the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. As I thanked them on the way out and told the owner I appreciated his extra efforts to help me (as well as his patience with me) he said "That's what we do, we help people!" Yes they do. They deserve your business.

Was super happy with service here! Used to go to Mavis and have to wait 3-5 hrs for them to change one tire — even with an appointment. Made an appointment with Pep Boys after someone recommended it and I was in and out in under an hour for my flat tire. Super easy and timely process. Will be coming here from now on.

I drove over a nail and they fixed/patched my tire at a reasonable price (less than $30). The only thing that could be improved is the amount of time it took to repair. I was there for about 3 hours, but I was still grateful they were able to handle it on the same day without an appointment! Thank you!
