After my accident I was taken care of so rapidly. I was in a rental and on my way in 45 minutes!!!! Nakita and Jacob are absolutely amazing. When I picked up my car it was hassle free! Great service, great work! Someone hit my car a few weeks ago; just a small collision that crunched up my front bumper. I called up the location on Smith Street in Providence once I had my estimate to see if they could fix it for me. I was able to drop off my car that same day and they even offered to stay late so I could come after work. I drove a nice rental from them for a week or so and when my car was done, it had even been detailed! It looked nicer than the day I bought it. I’m thrilled to have my car back and I’m very pleased with my experience with Jacob and his staff at Lakewood Auto.
