I called them yesterday to tow my car. They made me wait over an hour then the time they said. They purposely kept declining my call because what was supposed to be a 30 minute wait turned into over an hour wait. They then answered after 5 calls and I called to cancel and their only response was “okay”. Maybe as a business communicate if you can’t take the job and make people waste their time. Imagine having an already bad day and then dealing with a shady tow truck business.I then called Joes towing and they got there in 15 minutes.
