I'm a pretty handy person when it comes to repairing or maintaining my old vehicles, but if I need any help or it's something that I cannot handle and I feel overwhelmed and worried about my vehicle and the way it's running I suggest you bring it down to this amazing shop! My car is 33 years old it's a pain and can be kind of complicated to diagnose and repair, I walked in there chatted about some background what I wanted and these people were able to hop on it immediately they kept me informed about everything that was going on. The availability of parts for my car is slim I thought I was prepared and I had brought the wrong replacement parts for what I was needing done! They informed me very quickly on what I was missing and what was needed and got right on it! All of the staff here are super welcoming and it has helped me feel safe about the way my vehicle is running!

5SA aka 5 star are the best of people in the car care industry. I have owned and driven used cars for 40 years. I have never had a car younger than 8 years old. Because of that I have encountered many mechanics over those 40 years... across the entire state of Utah. Some mechanics just getting by with their ability and quality of work. Some completely dishonest, and others, the best at what they do, honest, and fair. The entire team at five Star definitely fit into that last category. They are skilled, honest, and fair. I have had the privilege of receiving their service over the last 20 years and send everyone I know their way. I recommend them 100%!

I was referred to five star auto by a friend for my 7.3 powerstroke. I'm very picky when it comes to my truck. This place isn't your normal mechanic shop, trust me I've been in and out of many around Tooele county. These group of people make you feel comfortable leaving vehicles in their hands. Especially a female with a big diesel truck coming in trying to diagnose. Haha mechanic guys get offended at times. David and his crew took extra time making sure everything was working properly, where leaks were directly coming from, communicated what issues I might have in the future and already had parts and prices for me when communicating with me daily. I hope when they relocate five star auto it isn't to far away. David is going to be my go to mechanic for all my vehicles in the future. Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication.
