I am not satisfied with the professionalism that russel lacks. When I call about a questionable job and I try to explain it. Do not cut me off and gaslight me saying y'all don't do questionable work when y'all were literally the only ones that have worked on my car. Then turn and say we will warranty it out tho. Let the customer speak then reassure them. I understand y'all deal with scams and Karen's all the time but doesn't mean y'all have the right to gaslight and cut people off. Driver side was done incorrectly causing it too leak because somebody at your shop put in the wrong fitting Passenger side shows the proper fitting My biggest issue is the inability of letting me finish what I'm trying to say before cutting me off and gas-lighting me

Russell and his team are the most honest mechanics I've. When I've taken cars in for issues other shops have found, they've either fixed the issue for less or found that it wasn't actually an issue in the first place. Every repair has been solid and fast.
