My car is 25 years old, I took it there because my wheel bearing was going out. I told them very specifically exactly what was wrong and asked what it would cost to fix. They quoted me 500$! I gladly declined and they still charged me 150$ just for a damn diagnosis when I told them exactly what was wrong and everything they were even kind enough to put it on the receipt. Will never go there for service again!

I was looking to buy a truck in Fountain Green and drove there from out of town. The day before I called and talked to the owner about having their shop do a pre-purchase inspection on the truck. I was hoping the owner would be there because he came highly recommended especially for Ford trucks. Unfortunately he wasn't able to be there due to family circumstances. Instead there were 2 technicians there and they were absolutely horrible. The truck I was looking at had a wobble on the front end when it approached high speeds so I asked them to look at that along with whatever they looked at for pre-purchases. One of the techs drove the truck and when he came back my father in law asked him what he thought about the wobble. The tech replied,"it wobbles." And walked off. Then the other tech pulled it into the shop and put it up on the lift. They looked at it for a while (which was expected) and then pulled it out and parked it. This time I asked the same technician, what do you think? He replied,"it's a truck." And walked away. My father in law who is one of the nicest people and can talk to most anyone and was totally frustrated with how he was treated and ended up walking back to his car parked down the street. The report they gave me had the wrong trim level listed (king ranch, it was the XLT) and all the report showed was the wobble issues and an oil plug leak. Nothing about the engine and how it ran. There was no recommendation of what it would cost to fix the wobble, what future problems might arise, or whether or not it would be a worthwhile purchase or a potential money pit. Waste of $100. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the lady that does the paper work (Jaime I think her name is) was really sweet and had great customer service. She was the only saving grace for this place. I would also like to mention that when I talked to the owner over the phone he was awesome as well. I have a feeling if he was there things would have been different. It's also a shame because when I took the truck back to the seller he said he had another vehicle he was going to take down to this shop but when I told him my story he was like, I think I'll take it to someone else. Thank goodness I had my Grok AI because it gave me the estimates to fix it and basically told me what the shop should have. Don't buy it because it's probably an eventual money pit, it said.

As I was driving up North from Saint George my windshield got chipped by a couple rocks kicked up by the semi in front of me. As I searched for windshield repair shops I came across Becks as well as some others. I called about 4 or 5 and Becks was by far the most affordable. In addition to the great price, Wade Beck, the owner himself waited for me past closing time so I could get my windshield fixed.
