Joe & Luke saved my A$$. I took a "road" I had no business being on (Damn GPSr) and they were 1 of 5 companies that answered my call. It took some time but they got my car out with not damage. I now have a great appreciation for towing and recovery folks.

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!! I had a flat tire traveling from St. George. I pulled over in Fillmore and called road side assistance through my insurance. A1-Independent Towing arrived and told me I had to tow my car to the local tire shop in town and wait until morning until they could fix my tire. The next morning I saw that my front bumper had significant damage. I called the tow truck company owner and his name is Joe. He told me to send him pics. We sent him over 20 pictures. He sent over his son to review the damage and his son took pictures and Joe got back to us and said the only way he would fix it is if we allowed his body shop to fix it. We live in Murray, his body shop is in Fillmore. He suggested that we get a rental car and he would drive our car to Fillmore, fix it and then get it back to us. This does not seem like a smart option for us. I took it to a local body shop where they confirmed that the damage was in fact caused by a tow. I sent the bid to Joe and he said he would not fix it because he was not responsible for the damage.I told him I would have to contact my attorney and he replied OK.

Ken was very timely and efficient. Our wait was approximately 10 minutes. The shop that we asked for the car to be dropped at would have taken most people a great deal of maneuvering but he made it look easy. I would definitely recommend A1 Independent Towing, especially Ken, to my friends and family.
