Drivers think they are flawless. Had a mishap in a parking lot where I almost backed in to one of their vehicles. No biggie I have people almost back into me all the time. Who hasn't had that happen before? Decent human beings just shrug it off as an oops and carry on. On the street when the driver passed me he just couldn't pass up the opportunity to give me the bird. I called the company and spoke to Mark, who tried justifying the behavior as normal for the industry. Apparently Mark thinks that it's ok for his employees to be crude and rude. I am not sure I would trust this company to be very honest. Would rather push my car 50 miles than rely on people like this. Would give 0 stars if I could. Read the response from the owner. Sounds like the driver is making stuff up to make himself justified in bad behavior. You can see the class of this business in his response.

Terrible service, had to get my car towed early in the morning. They took it to their yard which was about 2 minutes away, but they charged us for 1.5 hours of towing time. They also charged us 40 bucks in fuel cost. When I went to pickup my car, they insisted it wasn't drivable despite the car being perfectly fine. They wanted to keep it till Monday to charge me more. Complete scam company
