Lone Star Towing was great! I needed my car towed to get fixed and the first two tow trucks (not from lone star) came out and couldn't tow my car because it was "too close to the curb". Keep in mind this curb was very short and easy to get by. After a long day I called lone star and they were so nice and said it would be no problem and Seito the driver arrived soon after I called and they towed it within the hour! They kept me updated and sent me pictures of my car being towed! Lone star towing is great not even a little curb can stop them lol. Fantastic customer service and it was a 11/10 experience!

These guys are awesome. I had 2 abandoned vehicles on a private property. I gave these guys a call, and they gave me very clear and simple steps to follow. After everything was done they very quickly came and removed the 2 vehicles for me very stress free. Excellent job!! If I could give them a higher rating i would.

I had parked in a firelane and got my car towed by Lone Star Towing & Recovery, they were incredibly quick and efficient. The process for getting my car back was very easy and simple, and the staff was pleasant to work with. One thing that I really appreciated was that when they towed my car, it was done safely and my car was in the exact same condition as it was before, there were no changes to my alignment and no scratches. Jackson was especially wonderful to work with. The fees were reasonable and I got my car back very quickly. 10/10
