I walked in to AutoZone right off Geneva and I was pretty upset because my key fob for my civic wasn’t working. I came to get the battery. Randy Burkhart directed me right to the section with a beautiful welcoming. I really appreciate it. I feel home here. On top of that I was mentally drained from my work shift, she had an upbeat, charming, witty personality, just enough to get me to smile and laugh. I love people like this! It’s a people business and SHE GETS IT??
