Took my wife’s car out of apartment complex they had it for maybe 30 min but somehow it costs 380 dollars to get my car back. Guy on the phone told my wife to call back when she’s ready to talk like an adult when she was just trying to figure out where the car is at. Most shady people ever even the license plates on the truck show how shady this business is.

Predatory towing company I can only hope other people don't have to suffer at their hands, Not once have I ever dealt with a company and their employees who are so unwilling to compromise. I am a good person. And when they tow a disabled person's car because they didn't know where to park, that's wrong, my car had my hazards on and was taking my sister food. And they towed my car with hazards on I was there for thirty minutes their actions are deplorable And find it hard to consider That type of business honorable Shame on swift towing

What an experience. Not one moral fiber exists within the management of this company, if we can even call them "management." We were driving through Utah, made a 25 minute stop to eat and come out to find our truck/trailer gone from a parking lot with INSUFFICIENT signage (see photo) and a literal semi parked next to us which was not towed. Explain that to me, tow company? Surely is was worth more money to you and that's all you're after. We walked around to find signs placed WELL inside the entrance to the lot which were not visible because we turned before the sign so that seems like BS and there is a camera there- predatory. There was no else for a small trailer (20') so this seems really unfair. Called, the man on the line was dumber than a doorknob and couldn't explain how literally anything worked. I had to repeat my questions in about 7 ways over and over and over like i was talking to a toddler. He couldn't tell me how to make appt to get vehicle back, where to get vehicle back, ANYTHING. Our truck was still there by the way- in the parking lot over. They refused to drop it there and let us pay them. We had to get a ride to their disgusting office to retrieve it. They recommend we pay in cash, but have no ATM and the guy waiting before us has to walk 0.9 miles each way in 100 degree weather to the nearest one. They charged us for our trailer's MAX towing weight despite it being empty "because we have no scale." What a SCAM. This cost of >$100 more than our trailer's actually weight. Their desk had shattered glass. Truly a disgusting space. Like, you rob people for a living, you can't have a nicer office for your customers to come suffer in? They admitted they gave the semi next to us a warning. Where was our warning? To get to our vehicle they told us it's best to have a ride back to the lot- excuse me, YOU HAVE OUR CAR. Like, figure out a better system. We were fortunate enough to have family in the area to give us a ride but seriously what is wrong with this company?! FIX YOUR SIGNS. FIX YOUR ETHICS. DO BETTER. We all get that you have a job to do, there is a better way to do it. Politely see my photo of your lack of signage.
