My vehicle broke down mid-trip from Delaware to West Virginia while traveling with my 9 year old daughter. We landed in the Hancock area and called our roadside assistance. Minnicks was the suggested tow company and I am so thankful it was!! Our tow truck driver, Gary, was incredibly helpful and resourceful. Not knowing the area and being a cold winter day, we had no idea where to go until our ride could pick us up from 4 hours away. Gary went above and beyond by ensuring my daughter and I were out of the cold and in the warm cab while he loaded our vehicle. He even called the owner of the company to relay our situation and the owner so graciously offered to have our vehicle towed to his repair shop for diagnoses and repair. These guys were absolutely amazing and saved us from being stranded 4 hours away from home by giving us a ride to the closest hotel. Truly restored my faith in humanity to experience such consideration and decency toward my daughter and I.
