Raders was my blessing yesterday. I experienced a breakdown while travelling on I-79 (outside temperature was -5 degrees) and Raders came to the rescue. They got me into a warm vehicle and towed me off the interstate to a reputable repair shop. It is hard to know where to go for repairs when you are traveling out of state. Raders then went above and beyond expectations in order to make sure I was warm and safe. The driver (owner's son) teamed up with others to help me locate a rental vehicle. Their patience and understanding of my situation combined with their extra effort are commendable even after what I am certain was a very busy weekend with the winter storm that just blew through. They are a true asset in their community.
