I had a great experience buying my 2024 Subaru Outback Limited. Everyone was friendly, helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Even though I didn’t have established credit, they were able to get me approved and even worked to get me a lower interest rate. Everything was explained clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. Customer service was great, but when i went to put in a new air filter, i found that bolts were not replaced on my airbox itself and the arm was not put back in place nor re-attached. I have always had this truck serviced at dealerships, and since you claim to use only certified GM techs, im sure you can understand my concern as i would not expect bolts and support rods to not be put back after inspection. Your team also took off my tires and changed the oil. What other bolts were not put back while your team worked on my truck?? Thats the question i have now.
