Huge thank you to Hawkins Towing, and especially Joe, who showed up exactly when I needed calm, capable help. Joe handled everything like a true professional — simple, straightforward, and respectful. He didn’t talk down to me, didn’t “mansplain,” and didn’t add stress to an already stressful situation. When the officer pulled me over, he said that Hawkins was the only one available and, honestly, I should have known right then and there what the deal was but $200 cash only for for a tow no more than 1500- 2100ft?!!???!!!! When the worker heard the hitch in my voice and the long pause in response to the price, he told me it was that price because of a traffic stop fee... Coincidentally enough the cop, also, charged me cash only- it was half as much but felt just as off as my interaction with Hawkins.

These guys are the absolute best! We had a flat on the interstate and they were there to get us in under 10 minutes. They took us to their shop, changed and fixed the tire and had us back on our way in under an hour. They were really nice and fun to be around, and the price was so low it surprised me - on a holiday too!! Can't recommend them highly enough!
