0 stars would be placed if it would let me! We called them for a tow. They said one hour. They called us back after that hour. Said another hour. Called us 30 mins after that said a hr n a half… 10 mins later they called n canceled. Lucky Lips towing came to our rescue. Go to that company not this cluster… I also find it very weird that had my wife opening up random text messages needing her precise location. When she gave them I-79 Northbound right before exit 117. Sketchy place.

Do not use this Tow service " it's not even a company it's a call center ! they just want your money and can't even understand what they are saying ,,,, Terrible service ' SCAM'

Somewhere along Emily Drive during the afternoon rush, I heard a loud thump and realized I had a flat tire. Not exactly how I planned to spend my day. With traffic building up around me, I called Maxplus Towing Services and hoped for the best. Their roadside assistance arrived surprisingly fast. The driver walked over, asked if I was alright, and immediately got to work changing my blown tire. He even took a minute to check the condition of the other tires before I left. What stood out was how calm and friendly he stayed the entire time. This towing service turned a stressful roadside stop into a minor inconvenience. I drove away feeling relieved and much less frustrated.
