Huge shoutout to Matt! I came right at close the night before Thanksgiving. I was about to make a 9 hour drive and noticed I had a headlight bulb out. Matt not only assisted me with finding the right one, he jumped to help me install it. It was freezing cold, starting to flurry, and Im sure theres nothing he wanted to do more than close the store and get home to his family for the holiday, but he still took the time to help me with a friendly attitude and never made me feel like it was an imposition. Thank you so much Matt for helping get to my Thanksgiving safely!

Was there today come Almost evryday and this guy I’m pretty sure mark with a beard and glasses had a very bad attitude and asked him to do something he did the complete opisit and was cursing the whole time told me it’d take 3 minutes for my 20 dollars to come back onto my auto zone reward because he rung the wrong thing up after I told him to ring the first thing up first came back in 3 minutes then he says it could be another hour a customer there almost everyday never had a bad experience like this till I meant mark

Well I had been at Walmart looking for accessories for my motorcycle and since I couldn't find anything there I was looking online and i had seen AutoZone carried what I was looking for. Also autoZone was .3 miles away. When I walked in AutoZone they asked if I needed any help like they do, i said yes I'm looking for this thing for my motorcycle. Quickly he replied we don't carry anything for motorcycles unless maybe an oil filter. So that's why i only gave them three stars. The website shouldn't tell me they have something that the dude at the store is so matter of fact about not carrying anything for a motorcycle.
