Roughly a week ago, I was in a not so ideal situation and wound up with a bent rim. It was around 4AM and I was afraid nobody was open, I called Big Dog Towing and they immediately answered and sent someone out. Their mechanic, Dakota was extremely helpful and made sure after I got towed back to the shop that I had a way home. My vehicle was done the next day and was good as new! Fast forward to today, I was helping someone on the side of the road and called Dakota asking for a solution, and we got the car fixed. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of assistance!

Wow. I called 8 different places and this is the ONLY one that was willing to come to my rescue. Not only that, they came after 10p.m. on a Saturday night and didn’t gouge me. Jaeson updated me as he switched trucks and got fuel and even offered for me to ride with him for the trek. The only reason I called so many places was because I was hoping insurance would help that way but State Farm was going to let it sit. Thanks Jaeson, my hero. It’s clear why they have such great reviews. I’m so grateful.

Big dog was amazing! I thought I would be stranded overnight in Morgantown but they went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Great friendly guys too! Highly recommend.
