I took a trip from Chicago to charlotte, NC over a few days and ended up blowing a radiator tube in a very rural campground in West Virginia. It was a Sunday and NO ONE was available to fix my car that day to get back home. I searched and searched and stumbled upon the Auto Hospital and gave them a call. Rod answered the phone right away and told me to bring it on over. We got it towed over as soon as we could, which was an ordeal within itself. Once we got there the only part that was available was a 70 mile round trip and Rod hopped on the road in the rain and got the part for us. Rod was a great guy who was very knowledgeable. They had us on the road in about 4 1/2 hours and saved us an entire day. You may not find the cheapest work here, but you’ll get great work done with a lot of care. We would have been screwed without Rods help and flexibility. I would recommend this place 100 times over if you find yourself in a situation like this.

Our serpentine belt broke during a long road trip on a Sunday, and this was the only shop in the area that we could get in touch with. Rod was incredibly helpful getting us connected with one of his mechanics, and Everett came on his day off to get us on our way for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
