Do not recommend this body shop. This business has had my vehicle for 9 weeks now with no end in sight. In addition to not repairing my vehicle in a timely manner, Christine called to tell me that my vehicle was broken into while on a lot they don’t own but had permission to use and the lot was not monitored by cameras. She asked me to come down to check my vehicle for missing items. I went to this body shop for the first time in my life roughly 6 weeks after my car was towed there from another location and they couldn’t find my car keys. After experiencing terrible customer service, they found my keys and I inspected my vehicle. Since my accident occurred 3 days after my wedding, we had wedding jewelry in the vehicle that was stolen. Christine told me to submit the receipts and that I would be reimbursed by their insurance. I submitted the receipts and got a call a week later from Christine, saying there is a sign posted in their lobby that says “not responsible for lost or stolen items” which I never saw bc I never visited the business until after my car was broken into under their custody. After 9 weeks, I am just now hearing, through my insurance adjuster, that this business is saying the vehicle might be totaled as there is frame damage that cannot be repaired. I still have no idea what the status of my vehicle is and I no longer have rental car coverage through my insurance because this business has taken an inordinate amount of time to even look at my damaged car.
