Everyone in the shop have been nothing but kind to me. They always address my issues in a timely matter and go above and beyond to help me anyway they can. The receptionist/secretary Sandy is absolutely amazing!!! I am a sucker for good customer service and a friendly atmosphere and she is one of the reasons I continue to go back to D&M auto.

When it comes to this Shop, I would say the mechanics are extremely friendly and courteous. However, when it comes to the Actual owner of this shop, he nonprofessional, extremely rude, obnoxious and chooses who he charges for the work he does on vehicles meaning that if he knows someone they are fine and he doesn't charge or make them pay for the parts or labor until the vehicle is finished. If it is a female, he undercharges and will automatically give credit to them repairs if the vehicle and again, Not charge them until the parts and labor was done. Also, he is someone who is authorized to donate inspection stickers and does NOT do actual inspections on the vehicles, he only does partial and then decides on whether or not he will approve the inspection. Meaning, he looks at your tires and your lights, he DOES NOT actually inspect the tread depth of your tires, he doesn't inspect brakes, undercarriage horn, emergency brakes, or anything else. I know this because I have been there when went outside, ( instead of actually having vehicle posted in a bay and on a lift to be properly inspected. I'll actually be calling the Better Business Bureau to report this business and honestly it's lucky to have gotten one star from me for a rating.
