I called and told Browns I was at the 105k service for my Honda and that I wanted to try a new place rather than the dealer to try to get a better price so I called and told them I wanted to do the 105k service. But browns pricing was not cheaper than the dealer. The approximate price quote for breaks and air filters over the phone was different than what was on the invoice/quote. So there were some miscommunication when talking to different people and then what was on the invoice. I should have been more clear to not do any work until I get a clear price estimate. I had to argue to make the air filter down to what the dealer charges. ***Price was not given up front that was part of the problem. When I got to the shop it was too late to argue, it's not like I wasn't gonna pay. Disagreement happened over the phone. Response misrepresented what happened. Not sure how you tell if I was satisfied from the video footage. The quote for additional work included fees that supposedly are not charged if I were to do the work. And I brought the car to jiffy lube after and they said the coolant was low after browns auto said they serviced it

Absolutely so nice,caring and actually knows what they're doing. They fixed some other shops half ass work and quickly. Even though I didn't care how long they had my jeep. They are the best around. Ty fellas.

Let's say their reputation precedes them. I always heard they didn't have the best service, but I gave the benefit of doubt. Went there for an inspection and they handled things differently then ANY other inspection I've ever gotten in WV. I felt like they went above and beyond trying to coerce money out of me. The service felt crass & rude, too.
