Ordered the wrong length O2 sensor for my 2012 RAV4 on rockauto, found out the cable was too short after already cutting my previous one to get a socket over it. Called O'Reilly and they had the part in stock, but only delivered to commercial mechanics. The employee I spoke with, Jonah Thomas, offered to personally deliver it to my house after his shift was over saving me from having to walk 3 miles in the snow. Excellent customer service, would recommend to a friend.

Idk his name but he was soo helpful and switched my weird, quite different headlight bulb, it required taking off the air thingy, and popping out some other plastic thingys.. . .it was a pain in the bottom part . . . And the bulb only cost me $100 there where as the dealership charged $375 for the bulb plus labor. So thank you good sir! Whoever you are . . .
