I was searching for a Subaru Outback 2018-2021. Coworkers recommended I try this used car dealership that specializes in Subaru cars. They had great experiences about 6 years ago. I attempted to contact the dealership by phone without success and found their website had little information. I decided to drive about an hour and 20 minutes to their location on a Friday morning in early August. The lot had dozens of older Subaru vehicles which appeared to be have body damage and or have been sitting on the lot for years. As we got out of our car to look around, a helpful senior gentleman approached from an adjacent building and advised us that the owner had just left for a trip. When I explained we were interested in looking at 2016 or newer Outback, he said that at the time they had no newer vehicles and in fact had nothing for sale that was drivable. He encouraged me to call back in another week and speak with the owner about vehicles that they might be able to get. I never did get any response to the earlier messages I had left. I communicated with another dealer and purchased a 2019 vehicle.
