First off, Andrew is the man. Mountain West Towing helped me so much, he went above and beyond to help me and Benji get our truck back home. He could have charged me a lot more for all the time he put in to helping us in his yard while loading the truck on the trailer but he didn’t and was very kind. Andy, shoot I hope I remembered that name right, he helped me with a lock out on my Jeep rental, and it was a tough job but he got it done. From phone call to unlocked in 15 minutes flat. We had an excellent experience with Mountain West Towing. Our vehicle was totaled in an accident in the middle of nowhere, far from any major services. The tow truck driver was extremely professional and made sure we were well taken care of. Our truck was stuck in a ditch with a stream running through it, and he was able to retrieve it with no issues. It was a tough spot to access, but he handled it quickly and efficiently without causing further damage. He then recommended a great hotel nearby, gave us a ride, and explained that Ubers weren’t available in the area. He also helped us find a reliable taxi service to the airport so I could continue my trip. On top of that, he guided us through the insurance process and didn’t rush us while we removed our belongings from the vehicle at his lot.
