I had the opportunity to bring my Jeep to Locker Off-Road over a span of two years, and I must say, the staff there is incredibly nice and always willing to lend a helping hand. While they might excel in other vehicle repairs, I regret to say that I wouldn't recommend their services for Jeep owners. In my experience, I visited them to have my ball joints and few other things replaced. Unfortunately, shortly after leaving their facility, the ball joints failed while I was driving on the highway in the dark, leading to a scary brake failure incident, due to them not installing them correctly. We returned the Jeep to Locker Off-Road to address the issue, but it seemed like a rushed job and was not fixed when I drove my jeep home..Eventually, I decided to seek a second opinion in Rock Springs at the jeep dealership where it was determined that my Jeep needed $7000 worth of repairs on top of what I already paid to locker off-road… I want to emphasize that while Locker Off-Road might have their strengths with different vehicle types, I strongly advise against entrusting your Jeep's repair needs to them.
