Awesome Service! Very friendly and knowledgeable. It was such a pleasure to meet Nate. He was very thorough with fixing my tail lights. Didn't give up easy while trying to figure out the problem of brake lights staying on. He also allowed me to stay on property until my 10 was up and inquired if I was good with food and water. Outside that he is a very interesting man with many talents it seems. I pray he gets his Tow Truck up and running soon. I'm sure it will look great and be a success. Really seems like good people. P.S. Also wanted to thank you for the tips on getting rolling when stuck in snow. I kept my cool and it worked on my 2nd try! ??

Too bad Google doesn't allow negative stars and doesn't allow me to post videos of how terribly my truck runs after nearly 8 weeks of down time in this "shop." Do not come here. Avoid this company at all costs. Used parts, terrible follow up and terrible customer service. (Will tell you you're a dumbass, and it's your fault your truck broke down... After you pay them). Swear at you, treat you like crap and make it out to be your fault. (See company response to this review for proof and blame.) Mechanics told me my truck was good to go, TWICE. and it has never been fixed. Never got new parts, everything was from trucks he has on site. Mechanics don't know how to fix a 6.0 but they're working on your big rigs. Go ELSEWHERE. $6700. Office is dirty, owner openly will tell you lies to your face. Owner openly carries a handgun, (cool, that's your constitutional right to do so) probably to defend himself from all the people he does wrong. Do not give these folks your business. Take your truck back to Salt Lake. Do not stop at Steve's in Evanston. See dates on invoices pictured here.

Family run outfit, that truly gives thier heart to every job they perform! These guys are truly TOP NOTCH! Very fair on pricing, go absolutely above and beyond to get you up and running and back on the road! I will not take my equipment any where else, even if I have to have it towed there.....(and I own a tow truck, so if it goes down it's going to Steve's truck repair....even if I have to have a tow truck, tow my truck!) You can call the rest, or you can call the best!
