I was stranded on the side of the road with no gas about 8 minutes from Lusk. I couldn’t find anyone (no roadside assistance, towing companies, etc) to help me out, until I called here. Without hesitation, they came out to my vehicle with gas and got me on my way. Soo unbelievably thankful, really great people and would absolutely recommend.

Limped our way into Lusk needing urgent auto repair for our Deisel pick-up truck on a Saturday afternoon. Napa the only car-related place that was open. They gave us the number for James a local mechanic who came right out and worked diligently on our exhaust issue for over 2 hours—500 miles later we are still driving! Thank you Napa and James!

First off I hate NAPA as a company in general. Seems every one I've been to in the last several decades was full of local flunkies who didn't know their own inventories or if they did they were as friendly as porcupines... with that said... This NAPA store was a pleasant experience with the young man with the longer hair knowing his store and his craft. I was almost stranded with a stock GM battery that finally gave up the ghost. They had a solid replacement and gave me a great deal for my military service. I'd literally go hunting or fishing with this guy as he's just a cool dude period. Lusk is an oasis in a sea of barren grassland in East central Wyoming, and this NAPA was the best customer service I've ever experienced at any of these stores. Thanks so much again!
