Scam! They are located in Denver, not Wyoming... they take your money and try to subcontract out the job and 9 times out of 10 no one will come. They change you a cancelation fee when they can't fulfill there end of the contract as well as a $49.00 processing fee.

Avoid this company. Nearly everything on their webpage is untrue. An hour and a half since they were dispatched by my roadside assistance to tow me 11 miles home…and the driver apparently has two flat tires and cannot be here for another 7 hours. Not sure where they are from, but definitely not Wyoming. Or their “call center” folks aren’t. Very disappointed in them and wanted to let y’all know they are not “reliable,” don’t seem to grasp concept of “timely manner,” and while they may “offer” their clients “quick, effective” service - they certainly don’t provide it.

I really appreciate the help from AA-Supreme Towing Service. I’ve been ranching in Platte County for over twenty years, and one thing I’ve learned is that finding a towing company that truly knows the rural roads around Wheatland is harder than it should be. A lot of companies claim they cover the area, but they’re usually dispatching drivers from Cheyenne or Casper who end up relying completely on GPS, and GPS does not always handle these county roads very well. My truck broke down on a county road south of town off US 26, and the driver from AA-Supreme Towing Service knew exactly which turnoff I meant without needing detailed directions from me. That kind of local knowledge makes a huge difference out here. The whole situation was handled professionally, quickly, and without any confusion. It’s clear these guys actually know Platte County and the surrounding roads instead of just plugging an address into a map. Definitely keeping their number saved and recommending them to other people around the county..
