Shoutout to Walter Johnson! ?? I came in to change my battery, and thankfully it was still under warranty. He was extremely helpful and patient with me, especially since I couldn’t remember which number I used. His customer service was truly outstanding.

Russell (the parts manager) went above and beyond for my teenage son! He talked him through recharging the A/C in his vehicle for the first time ever on his own and how to check his oil properly. Took less than 10 mins for a lifelong lesson! 10/10 Customer Service and Professionalism✅ I am so grateful for his outstanding contribution to my son’s auto knowledge☺️ Much thanks! The lady with the locs had an attitude over the phone and in-person left to be desired. She said I couldn’t be service when I got there because the other serviceman had just left and she was there by herself. That’s fine. Didn’t appreciate the tone. When I came back and was able to be serviced, Walter was a big help in getting my battery tested as well as tightening the screws on the connecting wires and checking under the hood in general.
