The guys working yesterday installed new wipers for me while it was still raining outside. It's always a struggle to get help from anyone when I go to Advance or AutoZone, so the last set I bought from others, I installed wrong and ruined my wipers. Thanks to these guys working yesterday that exceeded my expectations for service, and really glad I tried Napa this time.

Curteous staff. Good store. Prefer this over AAP. Negative reviews are relatable. Mostly about operating hours and hold time on the call. Staff is very helpful. Never be rude to these guys if your objective is to get your car fixed. More often than not, you're going there for more than just buying parts. (Tool sharing, advise, & parts on-demand, etc.)
