We were visiting Washington DC for a conference jn our Honda sedan when our car battery died while parked at Greenbelt Metro station (parked under summer heat for 5 days). After failing to jump start our car, we got our car towed to another local auto shop, where they quoted us $838 to change both the battery and alternator. After we were quoted, we called Jungs Auto Services, where Andy helped us in his very calm voice initially diagnose the problem over the phone and said we probably don’t have an alternator issue (given charge test levels we shared). So we brought our car over to Jung’s, where Andy properly diagnosed the problem. All we needed was a battery change. We got a very reasonable quote and were serviced right away for our 6-hour return drive. TL;DR: Jung’s Auto services has prompt, competent, and trustworthy services and they fully deserve our five stars for helping us in our emergency as out-of-towners.

Every experience I’ve had with them has been a positive one. Very trustworthy, transparent, and always able to give pricing estimates up front. Flexible availability and very accommodating - not to mention respectful and honest! I’ve compared the pricing and experience to other auto shops and Jung Auto is the only place I will take my car and recommend to friends and family.

Best mechanic in college park. I've been coming to them since I first moved here about 3 years ago. Most reasonable prices in college Park. And they've also come through for me when I've been in a bind multiple times. Had me in and out very quickly. Don't listen to the other reviews and hands down the best mechanic im college Park.
