Iv been a loyal customer for the past 7 years and I'm very disappointed with the service they provided me. This is a ongoing issue. I have a credit card on file for any parts I wanted to buy. If the part is delivered incorrectly, in order to get the right part delivered to me, I would have to pay twice and wait three more days for my money to be refunded. Problem 2, they recently charged my card for parts I never ordered. After noticing what happened, I called to acquire what happened immediately. Instead of getting a courteous response to some of the questions I was asking, I was greeted with unprofessionalism at the highest levels. I simply asked to change my account to a cash account, even though my intention was to continue business with them. And this is when everything went down hill. Instead of complying with my request, the associate I was talking to, didn't want to change my account and decided to close my account. So after 7 years of doing business with them and putting up with all of their mistakes, Im very disappointed in how they handle and conduct business. As of today, I will be going else where with my business. Najem Auto Service

customers service is horrible its to many kids working there they don't respect or understand business people stop ordering parts they have no job API please do better

They offer you a guarantee and they don't comply. I had a bad experience with them.
