I needed a relatively rare windshield that I ordered online. Called to check on the status and it was apparently going to be over a month before it arrived. Passport was able to find one closer and get it sent over in just a couple days.

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this dealership. Before visiting, I called and confirmed with one of their representatives that they had a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid (Black) in stock. Because of that confirmation — and because this dealership is closer to my location — I canceled another confirmed appointment with a different dealer and came here instead. When someone finally came to help, I was told that: • the vehicle was NOT actually in stock, • the earliest arrival would be 9–10 days later, and • the person I spoke with was “only a call-center employee” who gave me incorrect information. As a result: • I lost my appointment with the other dealership • the vehicle there was sold in the meantime • I wasted my time and energy • and I had to place a new order again This experience caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Providing false inventory information to get customers into the dealership is unacceptable. I hope management reviews this situation seriously so that other customers do not go through the same experience.
