Fully stocked and clean location! Small store but great inventory. Customer service was great. The staff were knowledgeable which made our shopping experience a breeze as neither myself or my fiancé knows squat about cars lol. The only down side is that we went in to by a new car battery and they had our particular battery in stock but they were unable to install it for us and we needed to take the battery to a mechanic because it required some extra steps that the staff were unable to perform. Aside from not being able to have the battery installed on sight we would definitely recommend this location for all of your cars essential needs.

Arthur is so kind and respectful. He greeted me when I walked in even though he was with a customer. And continued to do the same for the next customer while he was assisting on me. He’s so nice and was able to test and install my battery for replacement. Gerald was able to help him locate my battery after online had an incorrect inventory number, or else I would have had to drive to the District heights location for my battery and I would have had to go find someone or someplace to install it. Only this location does installation. Jasmine was kind when I called and answered my questions. I got a great deal on my battery and 4-year warranty. Come on customer service!!!!!!

If I could leave zero stars than I would! Janky janky place!!!! Don’t bother buying a warranty on your battery and come to this location, because the store manager with the bald head here will lie and make it seem like you have other car issues and they wont be able to replace your battery. He over talked one of the workers who was in agreement with the battery being dead and made it an alternator issue instead. Be aware l, corporate listens to what the people that work there say instead of the customer. For this to be auto advance I expect the employees to at least know about cars! Get a second opinion before you give these people any money!!! Thank you to Domonique and a random customer who owns his own shop that was so kind to help assist, and went above and beyond with his customer service, A1!!!! PS- A new battery WAS indeed needed, warranty was good until 2025!
