First time body shop experience was phenomenal. Customer service was exceptional and went above and beyond to make you feel like family. From the moment I called Romero’s body shop they assisted in every way possible. I did not have the funds to be able to pay for a tow truck. Thanks for the integrity of the owners of Romero’s body shop they are well-established in the community and were able to find a tow truck in just minutes. I am beyond grateful for this body shop being able to take care of my Mitsubishi outlander 2022. When I finally met the personnel working at this location. I was greeted with open arms and warm hearted kindness. They were committed to making a time of crisis(hit and run accident) into a smooth process. I am beyond grateful for everybody who assisted and making my Mitsubishi outlander good as new. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for any kind of work done on their vehicle.
