No care at all for the mile of traffic this caused this morning on Latimer Street. This could have been easily avoidable by the driver pulling tight to the curb so people could go around. Training needed

These are some really good guys. I've been in the restaurant business for 20+ years and it's nice to deal with people that want to work. I started having the oil collected from my two restaurants. Came to our site, gave us a quote. 1 week later the quote went from $80 to $150. Scheduled visit...no show, no call. They email a new date..no call..email has a new qoute... $190+tax. This company seems disorganized, a little sloppy and not very informed. The owner, Lorenz, instead of trying to make good, tells us to find a new company for service. I guess they have reached their capacity of customers to handle. Get initial quotes in writing.
