Unreliable service , say they have parts in stock and then when they don’t have them.. they can’t even call to let you know. They do not take care of their whole sale customers id recommend any auto shop in this area DO NOT USE THEM to purchase any parts because you will not get your parts on time.

Called this morning @ 9 am to the Hyattsville location to verify the availability of a part. Told the quoted price and that the part was available and would be on hold for me at the desk. I arrived at 1 and was told sorry we sold it and we dont have another. We can order one for the next day. I caught an Uber to pick up the part. Why didnt you order the part for the second individual. Bad business practice.What guarantee that this wont happen again. What was the purpose of pretending to hold the part.Definitely understand if it was a day later but 4 hours later. Poor customer service. Parts are high enough without paying for a wasted trip. At the least you should reimburse me for the Uber ride. That hold policy also needs to be revamped .
