If could give company zero stars would Had car repo went and pay off car! Have all proof car pay off they gotten the release order to release car to me! Made appointment online like told me keep denied or refused accept the appointment say no release! They are basically at this point refuse give me my car! As right now it theft and stolen property what they don’t owe! Worst company to recover cars and work with, scammer! Be careful with them they will rack up storage fees by keep say they haven’t received the release! When make appointment with them make sure do it as personal property pick up bring all paperwork plus release order or else they keep denied request for vehicle release and say never received the release information just rack up the bill make so can’t afford get car back so they can keep it resale it!
