This shop has become our default mechanic shop, so we've got ~five years of service history to go off of. I have no interest in going anywhere else. Kevin, the owner, is the real deal. He's knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. I trust his opinion -- he's helped me to prioritize a series of repairs when I had a limited budget, and also has been clear with what repairs could and couldn't be pushed off. Availability is good if you schedule a few weeks in advance, and they've also fit me in on short notice for some more pressing repairs. Jamie is great to work with for scheduling and logistics. Pricing is fair for the service provided and the work has always explained thoroughly and with my permission first. I don't ever feel like my limited knowledge of car repair has been used against me. It's an honest, experienced shop that's repaired my car correctly every time -- can't ask for much more than that. There's frequently well-maintained domestic muscle cars being worked on in the bays, so if you need someone to specialize in an older classic, you might have some luck here, too.
