Disgusting ownership. Was approved over a week ago to purchase CASH a trailer. Got everything in order just to have some very nasty lady who called herself the owner call and say we were "falsely approved" and said she did not need to elaborate any further. We have been working on closing for 3 weeks with park continuing to delay. Passed their background check with flying colors to b told some lady went to another state website to check my records which are over 2 years old and went back on our approval. The owners are actively using substances and found that out thru their tenants that have had nothing but terrible experiences. The water quality is dangerous according to PA state officials. SAVE YOURSELF AND WALK AWAY THERE IS A REASON THERE ARE SO MANY EMPTY LOTS. Owners are very nasty greedy people.

The office manager is a whack job. She is very nice to your face, but coldhearted behind your back. They will require you to take care of all the trees and shrubbery, but not let you eliminate branches hanging over your house. If you have children, this is not the place for you as they will put notices on your door about your kids being loud inside your own house that goes for your TVs and anything else that makes sound as well. And having friends over good luck with that because you are only provided two parking spots and are not allowed to park on the road. They will tell you to park at the community center but as soon as you get there, you will see that it is chained off.
