I got stranded roadside during a snowstorm after getting a flat and spinning out a couple times, AAA confirmed they couldn't get to me until 6AM (it was midnight) so the police was able to help with Jeff (I think that's his name) from Hook-n-Haul. He did me a solid, patched up my spare tire the best he could and sent me on his way. He was so chill we ended up just chatting for a while. We both figured we were on opposite sides of the political spectrum and on some views but we respected each other's opinions and saw eye to eye on the important stuff. He was skilled, efficient, and friendly. At first glance I thought he was a little gruff but once we started talking, it was all smooth sailing from there. Thanks for saving me!

My company needed work done on our tractor, and multiple trailers to get our trucking business up and running. Hook-N-Haul took care of everything we needed for DOT inspections and repairs, both minor and major, and they always find time to squeeze us in if we find ourselves in a pinch, and need something fixed asap. I can always reach Jeff over at the shop when I need services completed, and they're great with getting our equipment into the shop, and getting it back to us in a prompt manner to keep our business running. Jeff was also able to help us out when we needed a crane to get some large equipment moved around at our plant facility. Staff is very friendly over there, and have a laid back disposition, so they aren't the pushy salesmen type that try to get you to spend more money than you need to, and they always maintain a professional and honest work ethic. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area for mechanic, crane, or towing needs!
